Apricot and honey notes on the nose, accented with sweet floral aromas. Flavors of ripe green apple, Anjou pear, a hint of lemon grass, and a thread of classic Riesling minerality add wonderful complexity. Nuanced, balanced, graceful, expressive!

100% Riesling from Rancho Soledad Vineyard. 225 cases produced. 12% ABV. 5.6% Residual Sugar.
How We Serve
Nice and cool at about 50-55 degrees. That's roughly 20-25 minutes in your refrigerator before serving (When in doubt, chill it a little longer. You can always bring it up to temp quickly). Enjoy it with many light to mid-weight roast meats.
