What We Taste
Pure California Cabernet, thru and thru. Bright cherry and blackberry notes, accented with sweet, toasted cedar nuances, and a thin line of fresh mocha. Gentle, graceful tannins and a long, slender, detailed finish. Slightly … um … gorgeous.
What We Made
100% Cabernet Sauvignon. 14.5% ABV.
How We Serve
Shows best at about 60 degrees. That's roughly 10-15 minutes in your refrigerator before serving. It will enhance just about any roasted or grilled meat you can imagine. We also love it with lamb prepared in a Mediterranean style. Also pairs well with late night, quiet, deep philosophical thoughts. :)
