38% Grenache + 25% Cinsault + 16% Tempranillo + 11% Mourvedre + 10% Syrah. 768 cases produced. 13% ABV. 1.3% Residual Sugar.
How We Serve
Nice and cool at about 50-55 degrees. That's roughly 20-25 minutes in your refrigerator before serving (When in doubt, chill it a little longer. You can always bring it up to temp quickly). Enjoy it with many light to mid-weight roast meats.
